These Terms govern your access to and use of the ELICI website, studio, and services. Please read them carefully. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using ELICI, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are. ELICI is operated by ELICI AI Private Limited (“ELICI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, with its registered office at 862 A, First Floor, Amrawati Enclave, Panchkula, Haryana 134107, India. Contact: nishant@elici.ai.
By accessing or using the website at elici.ai and its subdomains, the ELICI studio, or any related service (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at nishant@elici.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use. You may sign in using Google or email and password, subject to the third-party provider’s terms.
ELICI is an AI-powered content studio. It interviews you with questions and prompts; you respond by voice or text; and ELICI transcribes your response and generates content such as video clips, hooks, captions, and posts, which you can edit and export. The Service also includes Social Intelligence (benchmarks from public posts), an optional Personal Intelligence surface (analytics for social accounts you connect), an idea bank and clips library, and a personal-brand archetype quiz. The Service is provided on an evolving basis; we may add, change, or remove features.
You keep ownership of your content. As between you and ELICI, you own the recordings, transcripts, text, uploads, and the generated clips, captions, and posts you create in the studio (“Your Content”), subject to any third-party rights in material you provide.
To operate the Service, you grant ELICI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transcribe, transform, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including sending it to the third-party AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy so they can return results to us. This licence exists only so we can run the Service for you and ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must retain by law or in routine backups for a limited period.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. Do not upload or record material you do not have the right to use, or that contains other people’s personal information without a lawful basis.
ELICI uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish anything ELICI generates, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience and platform. ELICI is a tool, not professional advice, and does not guarantee any particular result, reach, or performance.
You may optionally connect your own social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn) to use Personal Intelligence. Connection runs through a third-party connection provider via each platform’s OAuth flow, and the platform’s consent screen may show that provider’s name. By connecting an account, you confirm it is yours (or that you are authorised to connect it) and that doing so does not breach that platform’s terms. You can disconnect at any time from within the Service. Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform’s own terms.
Social Intelligence, Outliers, and Analyze Link surface publicly available posts and metrics from social platforms for benchmarking and research within the Service. This information is provided “as is” for informational purposes; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or currency, and it may be subject to the rights of the original creators and platforms. You agree to use it only within the Service and in compliance with applicable law and platform terms.
Some features may require a paid plan or credits. Prices, inclusions, and limits will be shown at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (we intend to use Stripe); by purchasing, you authorise the applicable charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable and any credits are non-transferable and may expire. We may change our prices or plans on a prospective basis, with notice where required.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful.
The Service itself — including the ELICI name, logo, software, models, prompts, design, and content we provide (other than Your Content) — is owned by or licensed to ELICI AI Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (for example, authentication, AI, hosting, connection, and payment providers, and social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. Our reliance on a third party does not make us responsible for its acts or omissions beyond what applicable law requires.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELICI AI Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any content generated through it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELICI AI Private Limited and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use or misuse of the Service, your connected accounts, your publication of generated content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive. We handle your data after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where a change is significant, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under your local law, the courts at Haryana, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
